EXCHANGES

Accessories:

Accessories can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges will incur a flat processing fee of ₹80, regardless of the quantity or value of the products being exchanged. Once the exchange is accepted, we will deduct the processing fee and offer the remaining value as store credit.

Apparel:

Apparel can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Your first exchange will be on us. (So you can be sure about the fit and the fabric)!

Further exchanges from the original order will incur a flat processing fee of ₹80, regardless of the quantity or value of the products being exchanged. Once the exchange is accepted, we will deduct the processing fee and offer the remaining value as store credit.

Masks:

Please note that masks cannot be exchanged for ensuring our hygiene standards. 

How do I initiate a return?

Please note, all products should be unused and in sellable condition. Exchanges will be accepted only once we receive the products and inspect them. Please get in touch with us with your order number and the product(s) you wish to exchange and we will help you out! 

RETURNS

Accessories can be returned within 7 days of delivery. If you opt for store credit, it will incur a flat processing fee of ₹80. For a money refund, a processing fee of ₹140 will be deducted. You would receive the final amount on the original source of payment. If you placed a COD order you would have to provide us with your bank details.

Apparel:

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

In the unlikely case of receiving a defective product, please send us images of the product and your order number to via this form. We accept defect exchanges within 7 days of delivery for all products offered by us. If 7 days have passed, do notify us and we will try our best to exchange it.
